Each item in your order will be charged to your credit card upon purchase and shipped out to you as soon as it is available in our warehouse. Each order incurs only one shipping charge regardless of whether the order is split for delivery.
Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are used exactly as inputted by yourself when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
The following delivery times can be used as a guideline and will depend on stock availability. All orders dispatched by DHL require a signature upon receipt.
If you do not receive your order and you have received confirmation that your order is in stock, please allow 21 business days before contacting us – as orders may be potentially delayed by couriers or customs. If you still have not received you order after 21 days please contact support@coolreaders.com with your order number and complete contact details.
If your chosen item is out of stock we offer the option to place a pre-order. Placing a pre-order guarantees your order will process and ship immediately after inventory is replenished. If you pre-order, we will contact you via email to let you know when to expect your item(s).
