COOLREADERS Delivery & Shipping
Each item in your order will be charged to your credit card upon purchase and shipped out to you as soon as it is available in our warehouse. Each order incurs only one shipping charge regardless of whether the order is split for delivery.
Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are used exactly as inputted by yourself when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
The following delivery times can be used as a guideline and will depend on stock availability. All orders dispatched by DHL require a signature upon receipt.
- UK: Shipping of COOL-Ers within the UK is free. Please expect your order within 3 - 5 working days from dispatch
- Europe: You will be charged a shipping cost per COOL-ER order of €15. Please expect your order within 5 - 7 working days from dispatch
- North America: You will be charged a shipping cost per COOL-ER order of USD$20. Please expect your order within 7 - 10 working days from dispatch
- International: Shipping charges are included with purchase. Please expect your order within 7 - 10 working days from dispatch
If you do not receive your order and you have received confirmation that your order is in stock, please allow 21 business days before contacting us – as orders may be potentially delayed by couriers or customs. If you still have not received you order after 21 days please contact support@coolreaders.com with your order number and complete contact details.
Pre Orders
If your chosen item is out of stock we offer the option to place a pre-order. Placing a pre-order guarantees your order will process and ship immediately after inventory is replenished. If you pre-order, we will contact you via email to let you know when to expect your item(s).
Cancellations
You can cancel your order prior to dispatch for a full refund. Please contact support@coolreaders.com with your order details.
